Yes, the short answer is yes. You can change your profile setting by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner and then selecting "Account." Scroll down to the section just after the postal code and country/region, where you can choose to make your profile private or public.
Private profile (private profile enabled)
Public profile (private profile disabled)
Please note: All newly created accounts are automatically set as private profiles. If you want your profile to be public from the start, make sure to change this setting.
