I can’t log in, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging into your profile, there may be several possible reasons. We’ve put together a few suggestions below. If none of these solve the issue, feel free to contact our customer support team at [email protected].

Did you use Facebook, Google, or Apple?

We often see users struggling to log in with an email and password because they originally created their profile using Google, Apple, or Facebook. Therefore, we recommend that you first try logging in with one of these three services to access your profile.

Have you forgotten your password?

If you created an account using an email and are still having trouble accessing your profile, we recommend resetting your password. You can do this by clicking on "Forgot password" when trying to log in. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Note: If you cannot find the password reset email in your inbox, please check if it ended up in your spam folder.
