If you want to remove someone who is following one of your wish lists, follow these steps:
Go to the wish list where the person is a follower.
Click on the blue text that shows the number of followers on the list.
Find the person you want to remove from the list of followers.
Click on the three black dots next to their name.
Select "Remove follower" to remove the person as a follower of this wish list.
